Either you or Landmark Landscaping L.L.C may terminate or cancel fee-based products/order at any time.

In case customer want to cancel his order or any product’s within the order’s before shipping and/or shipped but not yet delivered, the amount will be fully refunded in the portal within 2 working days maximum and refunded back to credit card/debit card automatically which will reflect in your card within 10-16 business days, depend on from/to bank-to-bank processes.

For delivered products, you have ​2 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. only plants need to be returned at the time of delivery, not returning after receivable.

To be entitled for a return for eligible items, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item at collection time. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund were collecting shipping delivery cost will be the same as the delivery shipping costs which means the applied charge will be transportation charges multiplied by two or doubled as delivery and collection charges. In case of any offer or discount were applied to your order’s/products, the discounted amount will not be returned or paid back. Only the paid amount will be retuned/refunded back, after deducting delivery and returning fees in case returning after delivery.
