In order to make sure you get your delivery at a time that suits you, you can select a delivery slot when our customer care agents call you to confirm your order that has been placed.

We deliver:

We deliver from Monday to Thursday & Saturday: from 9AM to 8Pm. Customers can get in touch with us through the help widget at any time to update their delivery instructions.

Facility Management and Concierge and Safe Space Policy:

Please check with your Facility Management Company, concierge that they are able to accept perishable items before recommending this as your safe space since in some communities aren’t accepting to have items in sharing parts/corridors and live plants in the flats. In case of retuning, the delivery and returning fees will be charged to your account. Landmark Landscaping L.L.C cannot take responsibility for lost orders once delivered to your safe place or at security/reception. It is driver procedure to take photographic evidence for any orders left as requested by the customer.

Delivering to Commercial Property or Residences of Restricted Parking:

If drivers are required to deliver your Landmark Landscaping L.L.C order via a loading bay, it is customer responsibility to book our drivers in ahead of time. Driver and vehicle documents can be provided upon request by customer to issue permission. Failure to do so will result in a missed delivery and returning of orders to our warehouse.

In case of missed delivery, we can re-schedule another delivery for free of charge for total of 3 deliveries. Additional schedule will be charged back to customer.

Delivery Fees:

For deliveries within Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman; the delivery charge is 15 dirhams with duration 2-4 working days for items less 350 AED.

For deliveries within Abu Dhabi City, Al Ain City only; the delivery charge is 20 dirhams with duration 3-5 working days for items less than 350 AED.

For deliveries within UAQ, RAK, Fujairah City; the delivery charge is 25 aed with duration 4-7 working days for items less than 350 AED.

Free delivery on orders above AED 350.00.

Excluding Shipping Locations:

We do not deliver to following remote areas of UAE which includes and not limited to Full Western area, Hatta, Al Ajban and Al Madame.

Excluding Materials:

​

Palms and big trees are excluding this offer as they need crane truck to load and offload and will be charged separately.

Note: If products required in these excluded areas and materials, customer can submit a request via help section to know delivery charges for your Area. where delivery charges can be provided separately for customer approval prior order issuing.
